Electrochemical versatile machines of «ET» series (ЕТ200/ ЕТ 500/ ЕТ1000/ ЕТ3000/ ET6000-3D) are designed for precise electrochemical machining of parts made of: tool steels, titanium, nickel, copper, sintered carbide WC-Co alloys, magnets, nanostructured alloys, etc.

In 2011 special-purpose ECM machines - вЕТ 8000-2D and sET6090-3D have been designed and started into mass production.

ECM machines of “ЕТ” series are compact and autonomous, environmentally compatible and nonpolluting. They may be effectively applied for manufacturing parts of aircraft engines and cars, press moulds, matrices, centre punches, casting molds, medical instruments and devices, human implants, precision instruments parts, jewellery and many other things.

According to construction peculiarities, ECM machines of “ЕТ” series may be equally applied either in small-lot production - tool-making facilities (shape-generating tools: puncheons, matrices, etc.), or in mass production: gas-turbine engine blades manufacture, disposable medical devices, etc.)

All ECM machines of “ET” series are certified for use in the Russian Federation and in countries of European Union!

Depending on application, machines of the "ET" series can be applied equally effectively as in a small-batch manufacturing - tools manufacture (shape-generating equipment: punches, molds, etc.), and in serial production (gas turbine engine blades, disposable medical instruments, etc.)

The electrochemical machine of ЕТ500 model is of desktop type and is intended for die-sinking and hole-contouring technological operations. The most advanced technical decisions in the field of precision electrochemical processing are used in the machine that allows to process parts with high technological indicators from a wide range of metals and alloys, including titanium, heat resisting alloys, metal-ceramics and nanostructure materials in a one-component electrolyte fluid (8% water solution of neutral salt NaNO3).

The machine can be applied in various industries for manufacturing of tools, press-tools, compression moulds, foundry moulds, and also parts of machines, devices, medical apparatuses with the area of simultaneously processed surface up to 7 cm², which have increased requirements to accuracy (0,05 mm and less) and to quality of a facial layer (Ra 0,2 micron and less, absence of thermal influence zone) or which have the openwork design, which does not suppose mechanical contact to the tool.

The machine can process parts with a margin error 0,01 mm and less with surface roughness Ra <0,05 micron.

The electrochemical machines of ЕТ1000 models are floor-standing and are intended for die-sinking and hole-contouring technological operations. The most advanced technical decisions in the field of precision electrochemical processing are used in the machines that allows to process parts with high technological indicators from a wide range of metals and alloys, including titanium, heat resisting alloys, metal-ceramics and nanostructure materials in a one-component electrolyte fluid (8% water solution of neutral salt NaNO3).

Machines ET500-1 and ЕТ1000-1 are executed in new modern design (2010), and by their technological capabilities are similar to the ET500 machine.

The machines can be applied in various industries for manufacturing of tools, press-tools, compression moulds, foundry moulds, and also parts of machines, devices, medical apparatuses with the area of simultaneously processed surface up to 7 and 15 cm² (for ЕТ500-1 and ЕТ1000-1 accordingly), which have increased requirements to accuracy (0,05 mm and less) and to the quality of a facial layer (Ra 0,2 micron and less, absence of thermal influence zone) or which have the openwork design, which is not supposing mechanical contact to the tool.

The machines can process parts with a margin error 0,01 mm and less with surface roughness on parameter Ra <0,05 micron.

The electrochemical machine  ECD204 (hereinafter - the machine ) is used for deburring and rounding of  the sharp edges for  details made of tool, heat-resistant , hardened magnetic steels and alloys, Al alloys, etc.The machine can be used for deburring surfaces of tools, machine parts, devices with complex design or deep inner places (internal crossing surfaces, pockets, etc.) without  thermal and mechanical stress on the machined surface.
