In this connection manufacturing of corresponding shape-generating equipment is of high priority – dies, die molds, etc., which working areas are carried out with a margin error 0,02 … 0,1 mm and roughness parametre Ra 0,16 … 0,63 micron.

Thus, the impulse electrochemical machining can be applied at manufacturing of elements of parts of swage dies and blanking dies (including from hard-alloys), die molds, casting molds, shaping of drawing-blocks, figurine-shaped grooves of swage dies, cutoff channels and so forth.

Also there are certain prospects at restoration of shaped chip-breaking relief on surfaces of hard-alloy plates from tungsten - titan and tungsten - cobalt hard alloys.
