Electrochemical versatile machines of «ET» series (ÅÒ200/ ÅÒ 500/ ÅÒ1000/ ÅÒ3000/ ET6000-3D) are designed for precise electrochemical machining of parts made of: tool steels, titanium, nickel, copper, sintered carbide WC-Co alloys, magnets, nanostructured alloys, etc.
In 2011 special-purpose ECM machines - âÅÒ 8000-2D and sET6090-3D have been designed and started into mass production.
ECM machines of “ÅÒ” series are compact and autonomous, environmentally compatible and nonpolluting. They may be effectively applied for manufacturing parts of aircraft engines and cars, press moulds, matrices, centre punches, casting molds, medical instruments and devices, human implants, precision instruments parts, jewellery and many other things.
According to construction peculiarities, ECM machines of “ÅÒ” series may be equally applied either in small-lot production - tool-making facilities (shape-generating tools: puncheons, matrices, etc.), or in mass production: gas-turbine engine blades manufacture, disposable medical devices, etc.)
